We are looking for a a dedicated Operations Enablement Manager to support the China Knowledge, Training, and QA teams. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations within the China business unit, overseeing six direct reports, including knowledge specialists, escalation specialists, QA specialists, and the training manager. This position is key to maintaining high standards across knowledge sharing, escalations, quality assurance, and training.

What you’ll be spending your time on:

Play a key role in the LDQ Management team, acting as the bridge between China’s operational and GTM teams, including outsourced partners. Ensure effective collaboration and clear communication in both directions to align needs and expectations.

Knowledge Management:

    • Provide guidance and regular updates to CJ knowledge specialists, ensuring they can effectively support the Customer Journey associates.
    • Planning and lead knowledge related initiatives
    • Provide support with Projects where knowledge is heavily involved with.

Localization:

    • Act as liaison between local CJ and global LDQ team to align on high-level localization strategy and roadmap tailored for local market and CJ team.
    • Manage China Localization specialist to localize knowledge base, training materials in local language based on regional needs.

Quality Assurance:

    • Supervise the CJ QA specialists, ensuring regular quality checks are conducted. Oversee the documentation of special cases for review and establish a “Check the Checker” process to maintain high QA standards.

Training Oversight:

    • Work closely with the CJ Training Manager to schedule regular training sessions for in-house and outsourced staff, with a focus on the needs of the business.
    • Emphasize the development of training programs for the new CJ Premium team members.

China B2B Solution Support:

    • Lead the ongoing China B2B solution initiatives, including knowledge base calibration, training content development, and QA form creation and implementation.

  • Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and supporting large-scale operations.
  • Strong understanding of the China business environment, including B2B solutions.
  • Proven track record in knowledge management, quality assurance, and training program implementation.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive initiatives in a matrixed environment.
