What will you do? 

  • Maintain up to date registers and org. chart for all entities.
  • Manage corporate documentation (charter, articles of association, bylaws etc.) and capital related matters (capital changes, injection of funds, etc.).
  • Maintenance of statutory registers and records.
  • Track and ensure compliance with applicable corporate legal and regulatory requirements, including periodic corporate filings (director changes, share transfers, capital increase, etc.) and annual reports.
  • Tracking and renewal of business licenses, permits and other registrations.
  • Support establishment and dissolution of entities globally.
  • Ensure intercompany agreements are in place.
  • Provide support and guidance to the board of directors, including preparing materials for board meetings, drafting resolutions, and advising on governance best practices.
  • Oversee relationships with local service providers (corporate secretary service).
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. HR, finance, compliance) to ensure legal matters are aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with global legal teams to ensure consistent corporate legal practices across jurisdictions.

What makes you a great match for us? 

  • Educational Background: LL.B/LL.M degree from a recognized European university.
  • Experience: 3-5 Years
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Expertise in Corporate Law: Proven experience in corporate law, particularly for private limited liability companies.
  • Experience in Corporate Governance: Experience in an international setting, with a focus on legal entity governance and regulatory reporting for European entities.
  • Cross-border Communication: Strong experience in liaising with foreign stakeholders and navigating multi-jurisdictional environments.
  • Multi-National Exposure: Experience working in large-scale businesses or multinational corporations.
