• Advise and support management on all legal-related issues.
• Provide extensive legal counsel, negotiate and review software license and service agreements from partners, suppliers, and our customers worldwide.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including but not limited to the further development of EQS Group’s internal compliance structure.
• Participation in the further development of standard contracts and general terms and conditions.
• Various project work, e.g., review and consistent updating of contract forms in the respective national language, as well as the follow-up of contract translations.
• Supporting sales in structuring transactions and accelerating the sales contracting process.

• University degree in law.
• Proven experience, practicing independently or in the legal department of a technology company, ideally with a focus on software license and service agreements and an international environment. 
• Proficient communication skills in English and either Italian and/or French (another European language is a plus).
• Understanding of economic contexts.
• Enjoys a highly collaborative environment and interdisciplinary work.  
• High service orientation as well as an independent and result-oriented way of working.
• Negotiating skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to efficiently handle changing tasks under time pressure and to set the required priorities.
