Maintenance Manager, Green Chef Swedesboro NJAs Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all facilities-related maintenance, reliability, and operations withinour Green Chef distribution center. Working directly with the Senior Director of National Facilities, you willdevelop the road-map for operational efficiency and set the standard for best practices – transformingHelloFresh operations into best in class!

You will...• Oversee all facility-related assets, including maintenance, building, grounds, security, electricalsystems, utility systems, refrigeration, PIT equipment, and overall upkeep of the distribution centerto ensure compliance• Head up projects and drive continuous improvement strategies for the facility• Supervise inventory, logistics, material handling, and building security to ensure operations arerunning smoothly• Administer and maintain CMMS, PMP and schedules for all equipment, systems and facility• Maintain equipment and parts inventory, track specs, order supplies, manage budget• Facilitate repairs, manage outside vendors and maintain current list of contractors for emergencyrepairs• Ensure that maintenance regulations are followed and current• Create a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees in the facility to provide feedback anddrive change from within, adapt to the ever-changing business, and stay focused on the customerexperience

You have...• 5+ years’ experience managing facilities maintenance/operations withinthe Food/Beverage/Perishables industry• Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required• Knowledgeable in GMP/TPM/LEAN and strong continuous improvement and project managementskills• Well-versed in recent OSHA regulations and compliance; OSHA certified a plus• Qualified to handle electrical components, controls, and HVAC• Able to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics• Exposure to refrigeration systems• Comfortable working in cold environments with some areas of facility at 40⠁F• Excitement for working in a start-up environment with a high level of ambiguity and change• Interest in spending most of your time on the shop floor and working directly with all levels of staff• Effective leader and communicator for employees, direct reports, cross-functional teams, andexecutives• High level of integrity and ethics with excellent follow-through• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and/or nights
