Job Description

HelloFresh’s Content & Community team is seeking a seasoned content marketer with experience developing content for site and social media channels. This individual is not only able to develop a thumb-stopping, topical piece of culturally-relevant and on-brand creative that can work across multiple digital mediums, but is also able to develop a cohesive, cross-channel go-to-market content strategy that supports key business objectives across the marketing funnel.

This position will work within the Brand Marketing organization to maintain industry-leading levels of brand awareness, brand affinity, reputation, and acquisition and retention of customers and fans of HelloFresh’s brands around the world.

 

You will … 

  • Own weekly content brainstorms, helping the Content & Community team develop on-trend and on-brand content concepts that translate into social media and site content.
  • Develop and own a forward-looking content calendar for each HelloFresh brand, proactively identifying opportunities for relevant content creation across HelloFresh channels by brand, bringing opportunities to brainstorms for full team alignment.
  • Work individually or with an agency partner to own blog posting cadence (1-2 articles/week, per brand), developing and publishing compelling site content on HelloFresh websites in partnership with SEO, PR, Product, and other key stakeholders.
  • Own budget supporting content creation and amplification, developing thorough media plans for content amplification across social, web/blog, CRM, and other key channels. 
  • Leverage existing brand content and create net new brand content that can drive full funnel results for HelloFresh brands, developing robust test and learn strategies and KPIs to measure the success of these efforts.
  • Work closely with the Organic Social team to ensure content distribution on Organic Social and Paid Social channels, driving targeted traffic to websites. 
  • Work with Brand (Creative, Brand Operations) and Growth partners (Influencer, Paid Social) to identify cross-channel content opportunities for major and seasonal campaigns, supporting multiple content streams with content ideation and execution as needed.
  • Develop robust reporting, tracking and evaluation strategy of content performance on site and social channels, pivoting as needed to ensure content is meeting established goals, ranging from traffic, time on site, to acquisition.

You have… 
  • 5+ years of experience developing digital content, and go-to-market campaign and content strategies either at a large brand, or at an agency working with large brand clients. 
  • Hands-on experience writing or line editing blog or editorial content for a large brand or agency.
  • Hands-on experience budgeting for, and owning paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube/Google, etc…
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and the full marketing funnel, understanding how content can be used differently at each stage of the funnel to drive awareness, consideration, or acquisition.
  • CMS experience, ideally Contentful
  • Understanding of keyword research, content optimization
  • Understanding of Brand LIft Studies and measurement tactics
  • Ability to self start, identifying business needs and opportunities, and developing a plan to pursue them and execute flawlessly with minimal to no oversight.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priority projects at once, seamlessly prioritizing tasks with minimal to no oversight.

New York Pay Range$97,500—$130,000 USD
