The Finance Manager will be a key member of the team, as a highly visible role focusing on driving short, and medium term planning and forecasting, drive operational efficiencies, and support business decision making. The role will also involve driving process and system improvements to better align our multiple financial processes. In addition to partnering with our internal clients within the Business Units, the role requires the ability to work across multiple finance teams (accounting, treasury, tax, and other FP&A teams).
Job Responsibilities:
- Finance business partner to our CPBU and ISS organizations
- Work with the external parties as well as several internal stakeholders to finalize leasing arrangements.
- Drive the collection, analysis, and consolidation of key business and financial performance information and operational metrics, as well as various special projects, recurring and ad hoc reporting.
- P&L Modeling & Simulation - Ability to create and drive simulation scenarios of the P&L (including significant Topline analysis) to provide options to the business
- Expense Management - Ability to fully model Capital Expenditures, and Opex to provide clarity on where the business stands on Opex in real-time in order to help meet the company’s operating margins. Ability to be flexible and reset expense targets based on Quarterly Performance
- Support Financial Close – Accruals using Gappify tool, monthly close variance analysis, ad-hoc financial modeling, and analysis Advanced Modeling - Provide additional insight into the underlying drivers of the business Strategic Planning - Support building end-to-end business models that can be used for mid and long term strategic planning
- Ensure correct reporting in appropriate cost centers, manage fund transfers, review and approve purchase orders to ensure accurate budget tracking
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve internal processes and systems/tools to automate and optimize planning and reporting
What You Bring to the Team
- Prior A/P, A/R, invoicing experience is highly preferable. Familiarity with ASC842 is a plus.
- BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent; MBA and/or CPA a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling with strong Excel skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast pace and ambiguous environment, can simultaneously manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally, through strong relationship building, influencing, negotiating and communication skills, with all levels of management.
- 8+ Years of progressively complex roles in a financial function with financial planning and analysis experience/understanding, particularly in an FP&A role.
- Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills. Experience developing finance dashboards on Tableau a plus
