About the job

Twilio is looking for a Manager of Digital Sales Representatives who lives the Twilio Magic, is passionate about working with customers, and has experience in selling and closing in the cloud communications platform market.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Representatives supporting APJ to meet and exceed targets
  • Drive team and individual execution through strong metric and forecast management
  • Build and refine Sales processes to maximize execution, efficiency, and production of the Inside Sales team
  • Develop and mentor reps for career growth within the Twilio Sales organization
  • Interview and hire top quality Sales Reps to continue to scale the region
  • Demonstrated and communicate
  • Maintain and build on the quality relationships between leadership partners in Sales, Marketing, and Operations while ensuring alignment in strategy and execution.
  • Actively use sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach to manage sales processes, and set standards for performance metrics.
  • Monitor key systems and processes to ensure proper operation of the business
  • Analyze marketing, pipeline, and revenue data to help make key business decisions about the APJ region

Required:

  • 3+ years experience in sales development or territory management with preference of at least 1+ year of direct people management
  • Highly analytical, data and systems oriented thinker
  • An expert in motivating sales teams to adopt new strategies and programs
  • Highly effective presenter and influencer internally and externally
  • Managing sales forecast process
Location

This role will be remote, ideally based in Sydney

Travel

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 15% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
