As the Engineering Manager for the Design Systems Team, you will lead and grow a hybrid team of Android, iOS, and Web Engineers that work at the intersection of platform, product, and design engineering. The Design Systems Team builds our design system, Gestalt, which improves engineering velocity by providing a suite of reusable UI components for building the experiences we deliver to Pinterest users. You will partner with key stakeholders across design, product, and engineering to prioritize and deliver on the team's roadmap.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a team of Android, iOS, and Web Engineers to build our design system and drive its adoption across these platforms.
• Support your team in developing new skills and advancing their careers.
• Drive technical excellence and partner with key stakeholders to define and deliver on the team's roadmap.

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of at least one of the following platforms: Android, iOS, or Web. Design Systems experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, people development, and software project management skills.
• Ability to deliver on goals and form long-term strategies around technology, processes, and people.
