The role

We’re looking for a Manager to support and lead M&A integration of GoCardless.

The role will  manage large parts of integrations, taking ownership for specific deliverables and leading teams of GoCardless colleagues to complete integration plans in a timely and cost effective manner.

For the initial period the role will focus on delivering a successful integration of Nuapay. acquisition of Nuapay presents a great opportunity for GoCardless to accelerate growth in new verticals and with new products.  We need to deliver on time and to budget to get the returns expected on the integration. The role will also be involved in future Integrations as they occur.

Specific role activities for the Nuapay acquisition will include:

  • Manage teams across both GoCardless and Nuapay to assess, plan and implement new product capabilities and harmonise platforms.
  • Working with Go To Market, Product, Engineering and broader teams (merchant operations, corporate services etc) to ensure new product launches are being prepared and delivered effectively.
  • Work with a number of different stakeholders to assess opportunities to migrate customers and consolidate platforms.
  • Map out a roadmap, budget and timeline to achieve full migration including a full review of dependencies to be successful.
  • Track and monitor costs and revenue to ensure we meet or exceed the business goals of the integration.
  • Assist in the co-ordination and alignment of the entire integration programme to ensure we are organised to deliver a successful integration. This will include preparing executive and board level updates, running regular team and steering level meetings.

For future Integrations and separations the role holder may be required to support diligence efforts and subsequent integration or separation/ disposal of businesses as they occur.
