What is The Role:
To support our continued growth and build a best in class Global Sales Compensation organisation, we are looking for a Manager Sales Compensation Systems & Administration to join our team!
We will look to you to drive accuracy and efficiency in our sales compensation processes and reporting. Above all, this role will care and ensure our growing global sales organization, its leaders, have a best-in-call commissions process with white glove treatment while meeting Elastic’s scaling business needs as they change.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Drive monthly and quarterly close cycles for accruals, payments and general system updates in our Sales Incentive tool, Xactly Incent
- Responsible for SOX reviews, compliance and driving continuous improvement
- Find opportunities for system improvements and work closely with IT and key partners to implement technologies that enhance compensation processes
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales compensation data, applying Xactly and SalesForce data analysis and reporting tools to provide actionable insights
- Design, plan and perform user acceptance testing for annual compensation plan reset process or special projects by ensuring full accuracy of Xactly system calculation
- Document and communicate test results, and coordinate with IT, broader Sales Compensation team and other departments to address any issues
- Provide training and support to sales teams and other stakeholders on compensation plans, processes, and system changes.
- 5+ years experience in Sales Compensation / Operation / Analytics area (knowledge of sales compensation processes, year-end and month close activities)
- 3+ years experience with Xactly Incent and Analytics commission software or similar commission applications, plus a working experience with, Workday, ServiceNow
- Strong proficiency with Excel and attention to detail
- Confirmed experience in design and execution of complex user acceptance testing and system implementation projects
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills, good communication skills
- Thriving in fast pace environments and desire to own, re-build, improve upon existing processes and agile to changes
- Great teammate who can partner well across various departments and but also able to work independently and drive initiatives
