What you’ll do:

  • Own and execute our go-to-market strategy for our Small Business team across Europe
  • Lead a high-performing team of SDRs, Partner Managers,Account Managers, and Agency relationship managers to deliver against quarterly revenue targets 
  • Execute and lead a globally aligned strategy in the region, while influencing the executive leadership team with prioritized regional needs and insights
  • Achieve revenue targets through effective planning, setting of sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance
  • Implement processes and strategies to scale SMB programs and revenue across a diverse set of customers
  • Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to sales leadership and cross functional stakeholders 
  • Motivate and develop sales talent, creating a positive culture of accountability
  • Work cross-functionally and build cohesive partnerships with internal stakeholders including product, sales operations, and marketing
  • Manage relationship with Pinterest’s vendor partner

What we’re looking for:

  • 15+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, and sales leadership
  • A data-driven leader with the proven ability to lead large organizations against aggressive goals 
  • Management experience with a demonstrated track record of leading and inspiring others
  • Ability to manage complex cross functional relationships with Product and Executive leadership teams
  • Experience in process management, operations management, understanding how to grow and scale businesses
  • Ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions and translate to an action plan
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience working with outsourced vendors is a plus
  • Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software
