ROLE MISSION
Working in partnership with our client, the Managing Partner will lead the account teams to deliver against marketing strategies with creative excellence.

- You are an advocate for promoting positive sustainable behaviours and able to put a sustainability lens on the strategic and creative process.
- You will be open and willing to attend Change the Brief training and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues.
ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
Reporting to the Managing Director (temporarily with CEO, EMEA whilst MD is on leave) the Managing Partner oversees 2-3 established client relationships and teams and supports with new client wins.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
- Be fully accountable and resume responsibility for the management of agency P&L based on client-specific growth and new business targets
- Own the leadership of key client relationships, targeting strategic growth and the development of exceptional work.
- Be the point of escalation for client issues and point of support for agency teams.
- Execution of strategies and to have ultimate oversight of the agency’s new business efforts including approach, pitch and tender processes, external relationships and owned/earned media profile.
- Act as the linchpin between account management, creative, strategy, design and delivery teams.
- Circa 6 direct reports.
- Financial responsibility of up to £15M.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
- An effective and pro-active leadership ability.
- A great new business acumen with a solid conversion rate.
- Clear and inspiring presentation skills with a strong and concise communication style.
- Experience in production and creative sectors. Keen interest in AI and automation.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in:
- Strategy
- Digital
- Motion Graphics
- Artwork
- Production
