ABOUT REGIONAL MANAGEMENT OFFICE TEAM:    

Our Regional Management Office team develops business and executes the strategies and exciting projects with supply management team in a fast-paced environment to ensure that accommodation partners have sustainable, long-term relationships with Agoda. 

Agoda’s Specialist – Regional Management Office (RMO), your main objective will be to fully support our Business Development Manager who meets our hotel partner to accelerate their business performance at Agoda. Your supporting coverage will be to set up variety of Agoda’s products and services on our extranet for the partner, communicate with internal departments to execute operational tasks through our communication tool and report to Business Development Manager on timely-manner basis. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Assist Business Development Manager to manage their hotel partner account in their daily life
  • Set up selling rate, availability, room type and promotion/channel discount. Sometimes to train our hotel partners to work on them
  • Troubleshoot on accounting, allotment, voucher, room mapping by communicating with internal departments via some of communication tools/ticket system
  • Follow up existing troubleshooting tasks until get them done
  • Extract data set from our system data base upon request from Business Development Manager
  • Create a report and share with Business Development Manager on necessary basis
  • Manage other administrative and operational tasks on ad-hoc basis 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Fluent/Native Japanese language skill
  • Sufficient level of writing and reading English skill
  • Sufficient level of Excel control (pivot, vlookup etc.)  and data extraction skill
  • Strong “Ownership” mindset to get things done by the end
  • Be always in “Move fast” mindset 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Knowledge on OTA industry, B2B wholesaler and BedBank
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
