Marketing BI Analyst (m/f/x)
As a Marketing BI Analyst in Marketing Analytics, you will be based at the HelloFresh Global Headquarters in Berlin and help us build data driven insights to develop strategies to grow and optimize our business. You will join the Market Insights team which acts as a key consultant for the senior leadership of 15+ HelloFresh International markets.
What you’ll do- Become a trusted advisor to our management teams by understanding, shaping and solving analytical business challenges, then jointly formulate and develop implementation strategies
- Measure and monitor performance of the different HF brands across different markets and proactively propose initiatives to improve main business KPIs
- Provide business performance visibility and insights to management
- Challenge and improve Marketing budgeting processes
- Collaborate with other analysts and contribute to a productive team environment
- Your work will span across creating analytical insights, reporting & visualization, forecasting, streamlining processes and working on high impact projects, often directly with senior leadership
- Motivated and self-driven individual with strong team-working skills
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Marketing, Consulting, or a fast-growing start-up (ideally B2C)
- Bachelor/Masters degree from a top tier university
- Excellent analytical skills
- Technically comfortable with spreadsheets, SQL and Tableau, plus ideally with Python basics
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Results-oriented mindset
- Project management and process excellence experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
