Purpose of the Job: 

The Marketing CRM associate will support the Senior Marketing Manager with customer campaigns in English and Arabic. You will manage the creation and execution of marketing activity across multiple CRM channels and helping Deliveroo with translation and copywriting across all of these channels. You will report into the Senior Marketing Manager in the UAE and will be based from our Dubai office, we are operating on a hybrid model and you will be required to come into the office three days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute consumer activity based on the marketing calendar

  • Help manage the UAE’s Arabic communication through CRM channels.

  • Collaborate with brand team on the translation of the creative and messaging on creative against the marketing CRM plans

  • Help manage Arabic copywriting for the UAE

Requirements:

  • This role is open only to UAE National

  • UAE passport & Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid)

  • Fluent written and spoken Arabic is essential

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
