We’re looking fora highly motivated all-round Marketing Manager with a talent for building and executing an online and offline marketing strategy to continue to drive our growth in Brazil. In this exciting role, you must be a fast learner who can quickly grasp the intricacies of a complex business, connect with the business leaders to understand and thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires you to successfully build a strategy and manage multiple projects at once. Your primary responsibility will be building and implementing our marketing strategy in Brazil, localizing our offering to its needs, generating leads that meet our aggressive targets, engaging with customers both online and offline, building relationship with media, and organizing and attending online and offline events within the market.

You will be responsible for:  

  • Take our marketing strategy in Brazil to the next level by finding new and exciting ways to connect with the community and industry to boost our business growth.
  • Build brand, generate leads and sign ups, educate the market and improve our customer’s engagement.
  • Be the link between local teams and corporate teams to feed them with market needs, insights and trends. Actively participate on the definition of marketing and product strategies.
  • Lead and collaborate in feedback sessions with customers and internal teams to support and impact product roadmap.
  • Work across the regional and global marketing team to localize our landing pages, online ads, emails, presentations, and be responsible for the initiative’s quality and performance.
  • Create innovative content that will engage our customers, and explore opportunities to expand our footprint in the mainstream media.
  • Develop ‘eyes and ears’ across internal and external social channels, looking out for specific feedback & being the first to solve issues.
  • Identify and manage sponsorships of niche industry events including virtual conferences working closely with local contacts, partners and vendors.
  • Build relationships with local media and influencers

You should come prepared with:

  • BA in business administration, industrial engineer, economics, communication, marketing or anything else that would make us say, “hmmm that’s interesting”.
  • 6+ years in an all-round marketing or growth hacker roles including online advertising, content, social media and events.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing within a professional service, fintech or payments companies.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools.
  • Domain expertise in UI / UX best practices.
  • A proactive doer experienced in working both with a local team and remotely with global teams, handling communication at all hours and maintaining strong relations with colleagues and customers in other locations.
  • Experienced project manager who has a high level of organization and ability to hit deadlines.
  • Hard working, multi-tasker who is willing to work during evenings and weekends to handle urgent matters.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.

Not a must but a great advantage:

  • Local knowledge and contacts of agencies, media, influencers, vendors, and more.
  • Experience using Wordpress, Jira, Slack, Trello (or other task management tools) and Salesforce.
  • Experience in B2B marketing or Fintech.
  • Written/Spoken Spanish proficiency
