As a key player in healthcare in France, Doctolib is working towards a healthier world by developing innovative and secure solutions to improve the daily lives of healthcare professionals, enhance the relationship between patients and practitioners (appointment and document management, teleconsultation, messaging, etc.), and enable patients to better manage their health, particularly through a more preventive approach.

Our vision is to support the national shift towards more preventive medicine by initially offering patients qualitative information and the ability to take simple actions. Indeed, 90% of French people believe that prevention is a priority, but only 10% think they are well informed. Therefore, the number one challenge is education!

Doctolib Prevention is a new business stream for Doctolib that started with a Media business model: we have displayed more than forty campaigns over the past 2 years, in both primary and secondary prevention (risk factors, vaccination, screenings, mental health, etc.) with institutional actors (Public Health France, CNAM, Ministries...), associations, and private entities (e.g., L'Oréal). The campaigns are visible to millions of French people with a significant impact in terms of taking action.
