Yotpo’s growth marketing team is looking for a tech-savvy, extremely organized, all-rounder Marketing projects manager. You’ll join our Web Funnels team, managing strategic projects on www.yotpo.com – the company’s main marketing product, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors every month.
You’ll work closely with numerous marketing stakeholders, like Content, Design, SEO, Product Marketing, BI, MOPs, CRO, and Brand, to bring significant web assets to life. Owning the project execution from start to finish you’re expected to be super detail-oriented, technically fluent (WordPress and other landing page builders are a huge plus), and versatile – comfortable leading initiatives involving different marketing aspects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the production of strategic web assets on yotpo.com and keep them up-to-date, working with multiple stakeholders across different marketing functions
- Manage yotpo’s owned web profiles outside of yotpo.com, like G2, Shopify, and other online company profiles
- Manage web assets on yotpo.com hands-on working with WordPress, developers, and designers; Other webpage builders are a plus
- Ensure web experiences are fully tracked and synchronized across systems, working closely with Marketing Operations and Marketing Technologies
- Be the gatekeeper of Yotpo.com, ensuring a coherent web experience, navigation, and sitemap
- Ensure yotpo.com and its webpages are SEO optimized, working with an external agency
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing roles in SaaS companies, preferably involving hands-on tech and project management orientation
- Extremely detail-oriented – you believe god is in the details and never let the slightest piece go unnoticed
- Great communication skills - you’ll work with many stakeholders globally, ensuring everyone follows their track perfectly, and adhering to strict guidelines. Superb English communication skills are key.
- Project management skills - experience in monday.com or similar project management software
- Analytic thinker - you’ll be occasionally asked to analyze the performance of web assets you’re in charge of (with the help of our BI team). The ideal candidate feels comfortable crunching numbers and working with data sheets.
- Experience in WordPress - plus
- Experience in WebFlow and other LP builders - plus
- Great English is a must
