We are searching for a strategic thinker with account based marketing (ABM) experience who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our work to accelerate the growth our custom business. 

Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will work closely with the Global President of Consulting and cross-functional teams to deliver winning results. You'll be responsible for: 

• Developing Mintel’s custom proposition and messaging framework 
• Working closely with Custom and Commercial leadership to develop and execute clear plans for growth
• Develop and implement multi-touch account-based marketing strategies that create and accelerate deals within our most critical accounts
• Working with Key Account Teams and Global Marketing to ensure consistency and quality standards in all areas of execution
• Measure and report on the impact of marketing campaign activity
• Analysing market trends and competitive positioning to ensure Mintel's competitive advantage 
• Managing and creating content for marketing collateral, working with the wider global Marketing team to deliver on the strategy

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in ABM or strategic marketing, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes. You will have worked in an Insight, Research Agency or other consulting businesses in a marketing role.  You’ll also have a good understanding of consumer-facing marketing and innovation. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to think critically and strategically, experience working with cross-functional teams, strong project management skills, and familiarity with market research and competitive analysis techniques.
