We need a strategic thinker who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get to work. In this senior role, you will be responsible for steering our work with the FMCG customer, playing a key role in our development within this sector. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver winning results.

You'll be responsible for: 

  • Analysing market trends and competitive positioning to ensure Mintel's competitive advantage 
  • Developing and executing product/solution marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Developing and defining messaging and positioning that differentiates Mintel in the marketplace 
  • Creating content for marketing collateral, working with the wider global Marketing team to deliver on the strategy
  • Working closely with Product Managers to guide product strategy and roadmap direction
  • Creating go-to-market strategies and commercial propositions for all new FMCG product launches
  • Manage stakeholder communications

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product and strategic marketing, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes. You will have worked with or for FMCG businesses, preferably both, and have excellent knowledge of FMCG innovation and marketing. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to think critically and strategically, experience of working with cross-functional teams, strong project management skills, and familiarity with market research and competitive analysis techniques.
