The Partner Measurement team for Germany is focused on supporting the ads measurement needs of our sellers and advertisers. As a Measurement Lead for Germany, you will help a variety of advertisers to understand user behaviors on Pinterest and measure the effectiveness of their advertising on Pinterest. You’ll design and execute empirical research that will include both analyses for individual clients and to inform the industry as a whole.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Build relationships with major CPG advertisers and help them measure the effectiveness of their campaigns on Pinterest across the funnel
  • Execute 1P and 3P measurement studies and analyses (brand lift, sales lift, split testing/matched market test)
  • Help advertisers understand and optimise Pinterest’s performance within their preferred measurement tools
  • Set up brand lift studies and consult sales and clients in running these studies
  • Distill feedback, insights & recommendations back to product & measurement teams to improve our product/strategy/positioning, influence Pinterest’s internal measurement product and ad product roadmap
  • Scale support and impact by leading the development of playbooks, best practices and meta analysis 
  • Lead and influence, both internally with XFN stakeholders and externally in the industry, regarding best practices in CPG Measurement
  • Act as subject matter expert for CPG Measurement products, mentoring team members

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in Ads Measurement or Marketing Effectiveness for CPG
  • Experience in working with or for CPG advertisers, an understanding of their measurement needs and challenges in the German market
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant measurement tools (brand lift, offline sales lift, MMM for CPG in the digital space
  • Creative forward thinking measurement expert, experienced in working directly with or for CPG advertisers
  • Team player willing to work closely with internal and external stakeholders from sales, cross functional roles, external partners, agencies and advertisers
  • Fluent in German and English

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/month and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
