Your daily workout

  • You will be responsible for prospecting all new customers with the expectation of 70% outbound sales efforts
  • You will conduct community outreach to drive membership sales including networking events, sales presentations, advertisement and direct customer contacts
  • You will drive membership sales by connecting to customers and using a consultative, cost-benefit, approach 
  • You will work closely with the General Manager and Head Coach to provide customers with the highest level of service and drive new memberships
  • You will perform memorable tours of the facility, in a low pressure, friendly, and helpful manner
  • You will perform demonstrations of equipment/technology and have product knowledge that will provide a holistic view for the customers 
  • You will maintain accurate records of all leads, contacts and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • You will maintain product and technical knowledge of all EGYM Products to serve and communicate effectively
  • You will serve as first point of contact for all new membership inquiries
  • You will build brand awareness and generate demand

Your fitness level

  • You have a minimum of 1-2  years of experience in driving health club membership sales 
  • You are a dynamic, goal-oriented individual with sales experience and a passion for promoting fitness and well-being. 
  • You are knowledgeable of the fitness industry, gym facilities and membership offerings.
  • You have excellent customer service, problem solving, time management and communication skills
  • You are a proactive, highly motivated, results driven individual who is willing to go the extra mile to get things done. 
  • You have a passion for fitness and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle. 
  • You are available and have the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • You are available to work 100% onsite in Downtown, Denver, CO.

The equipment we provide

  • You will earn an annual base salary of $50,000 - $55,000 (plus variable compensation based on goal achievement)
