Membership Sales Specialist
Your daily workout
- You will be primarily focused on business development: lead generation, CRM management, follow-ups, tour scheduling, and trial-to-member conversion.
- You will work closely with the VP of Sales and Head Coach to provide customers with the highest level of service and drive new memberships through a consultative sales approach.
- You will perform memorable tours of the facility, in a low pressure, friendly, and helpful manner.
- You will perform demonstrations of equipment/technology and have product knowledge that will provide a holistic view for the customers.
- You will maintain accurate records of all leads, contacts and sales activities in the CRM system.
- You will maintain product and technical knowledge of all EGYM Products to serve and communicate effectively.
- You will serve as the first point of contact for all new membership inquiries.
- The core success metric is generating and nurturing leads that convert—not just managing walk-ins or assisting existing members.
- Support our internal sales team by welcoming and hosting customer visits or VIP guests from corporate partners.
- Assist with referral campaigns, community events, or social media content, as long as these efforts remain secondary to core sales activity.
- You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales.
- You are a dynamic, goal-oriented individual with a passion for promoting fitness and well-being memberships.
- You have excellent customer service, problem solving, time management and communication skills.
- You are a proactive, highly motivated, results driven individual who is willing to go the extra mile to get things done.
- We’re looking for someone who truly thrives in sales and is eager to proactively engage with the local community (e.g., business drop-ins, outbound calls/texts, re-engaging former members).
- You should be capable of building trust-based relationships and managing a consistent, intentional sales funnel that reflects our boutique style.
- You are available and have the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- You are available to work 100% onsite in Downtown, Denver, CO.
- You will earn an annual base salary of $56,500 - $62,500.
