What does it mean to be an NPI Specialist in the world’s #1 discovery platform? 

You will be an essential pivotal engineer within the Advertiser Professional Services  group, building relationships with product owners, developers and Technical Support subject matter experts (SMEs) in order to initiate, coordinate and track new feature releases assimilation within the  group.

You will use dedicated flows, synced with roadmaps and release dates, in order to get the right knowledge at the right time to the right people.

You will regularly meet with members of the engineering group and members of the Technical Support SMEs team, and by that be the liaison between engineering and support for new knowledge propagation.

You will track training and courses, define and monitor KPIs for training creation, completion and scores.

What do I need in order to succeed in this role?

  • Technical orientation – ability to gain understanding of ad-tech features even when unknown before.
  • Excellent organizational skills - ability to track tasks over time by using multiple types of platforms, such as Monday, Bridge, Brain, and Sheets.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and provide actionable insights - design reports and KPIs and track them over time.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills - ability to have crucial interactions for your role by creating lasting trustworthy relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English – technical summaries, training material, emails, face-to-face meetings.
  • Experience with Ad-Tech (particularly advertiser side) – an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems – an advantage

 

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

  • Track the upcoming feature releases in all product areas by regularly meeting product owners and developers and overwatching different roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with the SMEs to create training material and courses according to the complexity of the released feature.
  • Verify the NPI release flow is on track until GA via the different available tracking platforms.
  • After knowledge is released, verify timely and quality consumption of the material by all relevant people.
  • Track NPI KPIs of different teams in order to gain insights on knowledge gaps.
  • Report NPI status on a weekly and quarterly basis.
