Office Assistant
Narvar is growing! We are a global rapid-growth, late-stage profitable start-up. We’re actively looking for an Office Assistant to join our India team. This role will work 5 days a week out of our Bangalore office.We’re looking for an Office Assistant to evolve and elevate the operational aspects of the Narvar India office space; including supporting cross functional teams with their office and logistical requests. You will report to our People Operations Director and you will partner globally with other people, team members, vendors and of course your stakeholders. As a key member of the Office team of a dynamic start-up, you will have the opportunity to broaden your impact as the business grows.
Day-to-day:- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
- Maintaining files
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Answering phone calls
- Taking and delivering messages
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
- Managing Lunch vendors
- You have 1-3 years of Office administration experience
- You have supported a business through a rapid growth stage
- You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- You are a team player
- You have strong collaboration, communication, and customer service skills
- You have outstanding judgment, a high standard of ethics, and are confident handling sensitive and confidential information
