About the role

For the Warsaw office, which is one of the biggest in Syncron Group, we are looking for an Office Assistant. While acting on this role, you will be responsible for helping manage the office. It needs to be said: you will be a key contributor to the fast-paced, fun and relaxed office culture! Ouh… it's not just fun, this position requires excellent organization skills, great attention to detail, the ability to work well with people at all corporate levels within the company, and outstanding collaborative skills. But we guess you got it!

What would you do?
  • In-house mail service such as picking up, sorting, and delivering incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with the coordination of purchasing office supplies, which includes vendor relations, receiving, stocking of items, purchasing research, and invoice processing.
  • Maintain and update the appearance of the office; keeping the office organized and decluttered.
  • Invent and implement ideas that will help us maintain a fun, happy, productive, and safe office culture.
  • Assist with managing schedules, coordinates travel arrangements and maintain a list of preferred vendors and resources (hotels, catering, etc.) for accommodation as needed.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Perform all other related duties as directed by immediate supervisor which may include a variety of administrative, reception, or office services functions.

By the way: it’s not a receptionist job. We don't have one here 😉

Who you are? 

You are an awesome colleague, always see the possibilities and accept challenges to grow your horizon. You have:

  • availability to work 40 hours weekly,
  • fluency in Polish & English (written and spoken, large majority of our internal communication is in English, we also have non-Polish speaking colleagues),
  • strong organizational skills = ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time,
  • strong willingness and high motivation to work in the Office Team,
  • literacy in using Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook),
  • enjoy working in a team and bringing in your own ideas.
The icing on the cake:

  • prior experience in administrative support (in business or students organization),
  • ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities that may require time flexibility (non-standard working hours might be a case i.e. once a month),
  • interest in the internal communication or event organization (Chief Happiness Officer is a concept which is close to your heart).
