What You Will Be Doing:

  • Local responsibility for some of our operational systems’ process design and improvement
  • Continuous improvement of efficiency KPIs in HelloFresh production sites
  • Implementation of lean methods to increase efficiency, throughput and operational excellence
  • Support the Operation in the design, development and implementation of policy deployment within the business. Cascading KPI’s and KAI’s at all business levels
  • Identify and deliver projects to increase efficiency, improve quality and reduce waste & cost
  • Lead and support the deployment of value stream mapping process and principles
  • Support the deployment and development of Error proofing principles and techniques
  • Lead the implementation of the structured approach to problem solving (DMAIC, 5Why’s, Cause & Effect diagrams, availability reduction techniques) as well as tracking and reporting processes

Who You Are:

  • Clear experience of continuous improvement in high volume manufacturing environments or in production optimisation activities 
  • Knowledge of SOP/WES/QPS/Repair standard sheet creation, implementation and adherence
  • Demonstrable leadership skills, able to influence and motivate others from the shop floor to the Senior Management Team
  • Have knowledge in the principles and methodologies of World Class Manufacturing, Shingo and Toyota Production Systems
  • Preferably trained and experienced in use of Lean Six Sigma too

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
