The Operational Risk and Internal Controls Team is perfect for those who are excited by the potential to work with different products and teams and have a desire to constantly improve and innovate in the risk assessment and control environment. We are passionate about our business and about enabling its growth in a compliance manner that reduces risk.

As an Operational Risk Analyst you will

  • Assist in tasks related to Risk and Controls assessment, including mapping risks and controls, testing, registering, and maintaining the registers updated in the system, and monitoring the remediation plans up to their implementation.
  • Support in maintaining the policies and procedures up to date. Ensure they are approved, if needed, and available to the stakeholders. 
  • Incident Management Support: Provide support in managing incident data, including coordinating response efforts, communicating with stakeholders, and contributing to post-incident analysis.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the risk management department and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancing operational risk management and internal control processes based on insights from day-to-day activities.

You’ll be great for this role if you have

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Operational Risk, Internal Controls, Audit or related fields.
  • A proactive approach to teamwork, with the ability to take initiative and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
  • The ability to identify, escalate, and communicate problems to management in an effective and professional manner.
  • Strong analytical skills.
