We are looking for an Operations Analyst intern to join our Medical Centers Operations Team. In this role, you will be the primary post-sales technical point of contact for Medical Center staff - You will be part of a team of professionals committed to the field to simplify, through our solutions, the lives of healthcare workers and improve access to healthcare for all of us!

What you’ll do

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Take charge of, and/or actively participate, in the project lifecycle;
  • Help in defying new processes in order to boost team efficiency and performance;
  • Support the team in defining clear and appropriate targets to boost performance;
  • Participate in the construction of dashboards and reports;
  • Help to create tools and documentation for a better management of our clients.
