The role

Factor is a new and exciting venture within the HelloFresh Group for Europe! We hope to conquer the European markets by delivering fresh and delicious ready-to-heat meals. With plenty of exciting and exciting challenges ahead, you’re empowered to make an impact and evolve around business requirements. We’re looking for a Jr. Operations Analytics Specialist in the Factor Operations-team who can make an impact by providing insights and support to our data. 

By utilizing your strong data analysis skills, you bring stability and efficiency to our data and performances. Can you identify operational pain points, for example in fulfilment or logistics, and translate it to data insights with actionable plans? Effective communication and teamwork are crucial, as you'll both implement solutions and enhancements to our data-warehouses and collaborate with team members on driving operational excellence.

What you’ll do

• Demonstrate expertise in data-analytics, with for example experience in SQL and/or Python
• Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to extract insights and drive informed decision-making. Think of Excel, Google Sheets or Slides
• You conduct in depth analysis to give meaningful insights to the rest of our team, supporting strategic decision making
• You bring stability to our team and operation, by bringing data and insights to the table
• You demonstrate clear and organized communication with downstream stakeholders, conveying data and decisions in an understandable manner. 
• Together with other team members, you'll work on some recurring tasks that keep the operation rolling

What you’ll bring

• Fluent in English 
• Living our moving to the Netherlands (our office is in Amsterdam) 
• An analytical mindset and experience in using data as basis for decision making
• Experience with data-automatization is a pre
• High level understanding of operational downstream supply chain processes
• Strong communication skills working with various stakeholders, from different countries and backgrounds.
• Confidence in the knowledge that foundational tasks are executed with precision. 
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, tasks, and work environments are essential 
• Ability to enhance, document and streamline repetitive operational tasks
• You’re pro-active, ambitious, and make things happen - just like the rest of the team!
