Operations Specialist - Albania
YOUR MISSION
We are preparing to launch our services in Albania soon! To achieve this, we need to build a team of enthusiastic individuals who can be likened to superheroes, covering various roles: Sales, Account management, Finance, Accounting and Operations. This team will play a crucial role in establishing Glovo as the preferred brand for ordering in Albania.

THE JOURNEY

Meet and train potential candidates to help them become couriers in few hours!
- Manage daily operations of the Glovo Center in Tirana, our center of support for local couriers

Be there for the Glovers when they need support, assisting them on a diverse range of topics, varying from app functionalities to payments and other topics they face on a day to day basis.

Provide constant feedback and insights on the status of the fleet in the city and region to the Operations Manager

Be responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies involving the acquisition and retention of the couriers.

Perform analysis and create dashboards to give visibility on the performance of the main operational KPIs.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

Excellent communicator and a great attitude in problem solving

Albanian Mother language and Professional english level is a must.

Have initiative, be proactive and autonomous - Glovo is also yours!

Excel knowledge and Data Interpretation Skills

Preferable previous experience in on-demand fleet management
