What you will do:

• You will be helping to manage the organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) for Wayfair Europe accounts.
• Support the team in managing our social media projects, including brainstorming, research, content planning, etc.
• Competitor analysis and trend scouting
• Help with filming videos for social media
• You will closely work together with our Creative Team on creating briefs.
• You will collaborate across the full marketing team and with core business functions like Creative,Category Management and Merchandising in cross-functional projects and your day-to-day work.

What You Need

• You are available for at least 6 months
• Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic design or related field is preferred but not required
• Interest or enthusiasm for digital marketing and social media with some hands-on knowledge (internships and / or own projects qualify)
• Passionate about interior and design
• Creative thinker - able to develop and execute ideas
• Basic Excel/Google sheet
• Video editing (CapCut) and graphic design (Photoshop, Canva) skills are a plus but not required
• Open mindset and strong can-do attitude and make things happen in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable - duties & responsibilities might change in line with business objectives
• Excellent communication skills in English. German knowledge is a plus
