The Paid Social Manager is a key individual contributor on our fast-growing Global Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will serve as the in-house paid social subject matter expert, leading strategy and execution for Brand and Demand Generation campaigns. You’ll work cross-functionally with Media Planners,, and Regional Marketers, to align business goals with innovative paid social strategies that drive results

The impact you will have:

  • Lead global paid social campaigns across platforms to  contribute to brand awareness and demand generation goals.
  • Scale global paid social strategies, entering new markets, languages, targeting tactics, ad formats, and untapped social platforms.
  • Own channel performance targets, budget pacing , and the strategic roadmap.
  • Introduce innovative capabilities, tactics, and retargeting methods to engage high-value audiences effectively.
  • Partner with media agencies to ensure seamless execution and campaign management, account hygiene, and advanced campaign strategies.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance to refine targeting, creative , and bid strategies.
  • Develop, and drive enablement on best practices while driving operational excellence for the channel.
  • Collaborate with ad platform partners  (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to scale innovation and stay at the forefront of paid social trends.
  • Partner with Web, Marketing Opss and Analytics teams to improve  capabilities including tracking, measurement and user experience. Contribute to media plans and go-to-market strategies to align paid social efforts with overall marketing goals.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of experience in Paid Social, agency management a plus. 
  • Hands-on experience with major platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
  • Proven ability to scale programs and achieve results.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and brand media is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on interpreting performance data and delivering actionable insights.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
