Your Mission

Part of a dynamic and passionate sales team, the Partner Managers role is to grow and maintain client relationships while reaching quarterly sales targets. Your tasks will include

• Lead project discovery with customers and new users to understand applications and requirements
• Build new partnerships with system integrators and channel partners along the automation industry, whilst having a strong focus on scaling potential and long lasting partnerships
• Work and communicate closely with our Application Engineers to manage the development of projects using our 3D Robot Application Builder Software
• Act as the primary point of contact for new client account set up 
• Develop existing business opportunities and prospect for potential new opportunities with existing clients
• Collaborate with the company leadership to develop new strategies to grow sales pipeline, and consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets

Your Profile

• 5-7 years experience in a sales position (preferably in the robotics or automation industry)
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering or business with a knack for robotics and automation
• Strong communication skills and at ease presenting to clients
• Passion for serving clients and the ability to listen and detect client needs
• Demonstrated ability to provide white glove customer service
• Deep interest in engineering topics
• Fluent in English and German
