About The Position

 

The Partner Marketing & Program Manager is responsible for facilitating and administering a unified program for onboarding, enablement, support and governance of our growing partner ecosystem globally.  He/she will work closely with Showpad’s Partner Management, Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Professional Services and Enablement teams.  This is a highly visible role whose responsibilities and impact at Showpad will expand rapidly as our global partner ecosystem grows. 50% of the responsibilities will be focused on managing the partner program and one-to-many management of a tier of partners whilst the other 50% will be focused on partner marketing activities

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Program Management & Partner Management: 

 

  • Coordinate and facilitate key stakeholders to administer and scale our global partner program in support of various partner motions, including joint go-to-market and joint application development.
  • Refine partner onboarding packages and enablement models, in close collaboration with cross-functional Showpad teams.
  • Recommend improvements for the optimal partner journeys for multiple routes to market.
  • Operationalize the delivery and governance of global partner programs, working closely with Showpad’s Partner Management teams.
  • Coordinate and run internal processes to evaluate and support the program execution.
  • Measure and report on the program effectiveness.
  • Serve as a primary partner ecosystem advocate to key internal stakeholders, to ensure optimal collaboration with and support of Showpad’s strategic partners.

 

Partner Marketing Management

 

  • Collaborate closely with Showpad Product Marketing & Showpad Field Marketing to create partner-tailored contents and/or update the existing assets for partner consumption
  • Own, manage and expand the Showpad Partner GTM site (i.e. partner portal)
  • Develop and drive the execution of a joint demand generation plan with our strategic partners, working closely with Showpad Revenue Marketing
  • Design, deliver and manage modularized, co-branded campaigns that Showpad’s authorised partners can execute
  • In close collaboration with Partner Managers, build and execute a series of targeted partner recruiting campaigns
  • Track and report on KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis, including partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline builds via Salesforce, as well as the number of new partners added to the Showpad Marketplace

Candidate Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of partner management, partner marketing or partner program management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build, rollout and manage complex programs and processes
  • Strategic thinker, capable of aligning partnership models and programs with Showpad’s strategic business objectives
  • Results-oriented operator with a proven track record of pursuing, tracking and delivering on a set of clearly defined KPIs
  • Proactive self-starter, comfortable in a high growth, fast paced environment 
  • Strong communicator and consensus builder, as close cross-functional alignment and collaboration are needed for success
  • Exceptional organization skills, capable of juggling multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
  • Understanding of partner attribution through Salesforce 
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and associated partner ecosystems
  • Strategic thinker, capable of internalizing and aligning multiple stakeholders’ business objectives and marketing strategies
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including managing webinar programs, collaborating on email & digital marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Strong communicator and consensus builder, as close cross-functional alignment and collaboration (both internal and external to Showpad) are needed for success
