About Pinterest:

Millions of people across the world come to Pinterest to find new ideas every day. It’s where they get inspiration, dream about new possibilities and plan for what matters most. Our mission is to help those people find their inspiration and create a life they love. In your role, you’ll be challenged to take on work that upholds this mission and pushes Pinterest forward. You’ll grow as a person and leader in your field, all the while helping Pinners make their lives better in the positive corner of the internet.

Creating a life you love also means finding a career that celebrates the unique perspectives and experiences that you bring. As you read through the expectations of the position, consider how your skills and experiences may complement the responsibilities of the role. We encourage you to think through your relevant and transferable skills from prior experiences.

Our new progressive work model is called PinFlex, a term that’s uniquely Pinterest to describe our flexible approach to living and working. Visit our PinFlex landing page to learn more.

The Partner Success team helps build accountability, compliance, and education support systems to nurture our Pinners and Partners. As a specialist, you will enforce Pinterest’s Advertising, Merchant, and Spam guidelines using operational workflows and offering high quality escalation support. You will be an important part of our team, helping to keep the platform safe from harmful experiences while promoting a positive and healthy space for Pinners and Partners. You'll be responsible for managing partner communications, triaging and/or investigating escalations, and owning the enforcement review work for product and policy launches before they go live to the general public as well as supporting more senior specialists with project work.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage operational workflows and processes to ensure we prevent policy violating partners from spreading harmful content, and provide additional support where needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for partners for policy/enforcement inquiries and lead partner training where needed.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to identify enforcement gaps and/or pain points within policies, processes, and tooling, and propose changes where needed.
  • Identify opportunities to drive efficiency within existing workflows and processes and work with Sales to increase partner comprehension of policies.
  • Write and/or update internal and external documentation, including status updates, comm docs, FAQs, etc.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in an operational and/or support role.
  • A customer-focused individual who shows inquisitiveness: you put Pinners and Partners first and propose solutions that provide a safer experience for everyone.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to evaluate issues objectively.
  • Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects simultaneously; remaining focused and productive.
  • A strong communicator that can confidently present learnings and influence stakeholders using data-driven solutions.
