Payoneer is looking for a seasoned, energetic and ambitious Partnerships Lead for the APAC Region, who takes ownership to the highest level, is able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and has what it takes to deliver on business goals through effective execution. The role will be responsible for scaling the Partnerships acquisition channel, and driving Enterprise solution selling and product partnerships in region. The role is expected to deliver revenue performance beyond expectations, executing the GTM strategy in the region, and supporting initiatives across partnerships & enterprise sales.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an eye for detail, strong analytics, with creative solutions, and in general share our drive to grow the business in the region. Someone comfortable with - engaging with partners, clients and internal stakeholders at the senior executive level, a fast paced & dynamic environment, in a matrixed organization. Someone with attention to detail, tenacity in driving implementation of all aspects of the Partnerships organization objectives by orchestrating relationships between Payoneer’s supporting functions and the client or partner organizations to deliver on revenue targets and goals.

What you’ll be spending your time on:

  • Accountable to deliver above and beyond targets on revenues & acquisition, within an experienced regional team
  • Sell comprehensive API payment solutions while simplifying complex enterprise sale cycles, by working closely with cross-functional stakeholder teams globally to ensure timely closure and ramp of new won deals
  • Define and create regional partnership plans to acquire new partners through hunting, and farming existing partners, whilst adapting to key market factors such as industry verticals, maturity, competition, regulations & product availability.
  • Create enterprise sales plans to maximize effective sales coverage and participation across key markets within the APAC region.
  • Develop a robust commercial partnerships & enterprise sales funnel that continually delivers against aggressive growth targets through pipeline tracking, from acquisition, to onboarding, and growth of partners to deliver ICPs.
  • Develop and maintain world-class C-level / Senior Executives relationships with key executives at both prospects, clients and partners.
  • Ramp new partner performance towards optimal referral pace through regular management and analysis of complex sets of data against KPIs, SLAs, and strategic data points
  • Support and implementation & optimization of growth initiatives of commercial and API-product partnerships across the region.
  • Comfortably represent Payoneer to drive awareness, new partner acquisition, and engagement through campaigns, events, and other co-marketing initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: revenue quota carrying direct sales experience and/or indirect channels partnerships management, business development, in the Payments, Financial, Technology, eCommerce, or other strongly relevant verticals.
  • Experience in enterprise solution sales, partner digital transformation, able to conceptualize client or partner selling opportunities, to generate growth and product innovation.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering against multiple key growth initiatives or projects, working with virtual cross functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, with outstanding communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort in creating and delivering presentations at the senior level to customers & partner organizations.
  • Abundant experience with CRM, BI, technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency.
