We are looking for a seasoned, energetic, and ambitious Partnership Manager, MEA who takes ownership to the highest level, is able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, and has what it takes to deliver on business goals through effective execution. The role will be responsible for scaling the Partnerships acquisition channel and driving product partnerships in the region. The role is expected to deliver revenue performance beyond expectations by executing the GTM strategy in the MEA Region, while supporting initiatives across partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an eye for detail, strong analytics, creative solutions, and a shared drive to grow the business in the region. Someone comfortable engaging with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders at the senior executive level within a fast-paced & dynamic environment. They should thrive in a matrixed organization with attention to detail and tenacity in driving implementation of all aspects of the Partnerships organization objectives by orchestrating relationships between Payoneer’s supporting functions and client or partner organizations to deliver on revenue targets and goals.
What you’ll do

- Build and grow a strong network of partners and affiliates to utilise Payoneer’s platform and products; commercial cards, sending and receiving of payments.
- Uncover new verticals.
- Build partnerships and relationships that drive acquisition of clients across numerous verticals e.g. Company Formation, Legal and Accounting, Ecommerce, Fintech, and Advertising, amongst others.
- Contribute strategic depth in driving business analysis and market development activities in the region.
- Work with the Partnerships Director for the EMEA region, alongside other key regional functions.
- Represent Payoneer at partner events and industry shows.
What we're looking for:
- Over 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: revenue quota-carrying direct sales experience and/or indirect channels partnerships management, business development in Payments, Financial Services, Technology, eCommerce, or other strongly relevant verticals.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in data analysis, deal making, partnerships, managing relationships and creating new opportunities.
- Strategic thinking and independent thought coupled with ability to drive business end-to-end and execute.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent quantitative skills to quickly and accurately analyze complex information / data to draw conclusions and insights in clear written and oral communications.
- Flexibility to travel.
