Senior Partnership Manager - MEA

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Senior Partnerships Manager in our , based out of our Dubai office, who takes ownership to the highest level, can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and to grow new and existing partner accounts through effective executive engagement.
The Senior Affiliate and Partnerships Manager will drive new partners, manage an existing portfolio, and handle the end-to-end partner management in collaboration with other team members. Working in a dynamic business environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with potential partners to drive acquisition and expansion of Payoneer reach.
In addition to being adept at both business development and account management, the ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills to create programs and processes to enable the channel partnerships function to grow at scale. This role will report to the regional Director of Partnerships and as a Senior, this individual will be involved in additional strategic works within the region and across functions.
What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Build and grow a strong network of partners and affiliates to utilise Payoneer’s platform and products; commercial cards, sending and receiving of payments.
- Uncover new verticals.
- Build partnerships and relationships that drive acquisition of clients across numerous verticals e.g. Company Formation, Legal and Accounting, Ecommerce, Fintech, and Advertising, amongst others.
- Contribute strategic depth in driving business analysis and market development activities in the region.
- Work with the Associate Partner Manager and Partner Manager inside the region, alongside other key functions.
- Represent Payoneer at partner events and industry shows.
Is this you?
- Over 5 years of experience driving strategic business development and partnerships, leading high-impact initiatives that expanded market presence, increased revenue, and strengthened long-term collaborations.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in data analysis, deal making, partnerships, managing relationships and creating new opportunities.
- Strategic thinking and independent thought coupled with ability to drive business end-to-end and execute.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent quantitative skills to quickly and accurately analyze complex information / data to draw conclusions and insights in clear written and oral communications.
- Flexibility to travel.
