About The Role:The People Operations Partner is part of a high-energy team transforming HR service delivery for the organization. You will play a vital role as we deliver exceptional customer service to employees and the People team with the objective of first touch resolution for People administration and data entry processing.What You'll Do: 

  • New employee onboarding support - operating with a positive new employee experience as the first priority, this includes processing I-9 verification for all new hires according to USCIS laws and standards, as well as employee identity verifications in compliance with local and country regulations globally.
  •  Administration, processing and completion of people related surveys relating to onboarding and exits.
  • Provide excellent customer service in response to employee and HRBP inquiries related to HR administration and employee data management.
  • Provide navigation support and assistance with employee, manager and HRBP self-service tools.
  • Provide education and guidance to HRBPs regarding enterprise policies and procedures.
  • Process HRIS data entry following HR Shared Services standards (specifically Bamboo, Workday).
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements and service delivery standards.
  • Provide recommendations or suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies. 
  • Audit data and processes for completeness and accuracy and provide education and guidance to HRBPs on data integrity and employee data management as needed.
  • Responsible for complete and accurate employee files and documents. 
  • Assist in creating knowledge base articles, videos, and training solutions to common trends. 
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
What You'll Bring: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of HR experience in a corporate environment .
  • Knowledge of local, state and federal compliance efforts, as well as ThoughtSpot’s Standards of Business Conduct. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in PC & Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • Superior organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer focused, successfully managing customer expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment .
  • Action and result oriented with an eye for process improvement.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred working knowledge of HR systems such as Workday.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
