We design, develop, and deploy technologies that change our world, fund start-ups across industries, and partner with leading global research organizations and universities to solve problems.As a Senior People Ops Technology Partner within our Human Resources Group, you will be part of a team that is responsible for managing HR technology at Jump. The role will collaborate with the People Operations teams, IT and business leaders to assess current capabilities and consult on potential technological modifications to evolve our HR tech function.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with People Operations teams to identify innovative opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Develop a roadmap for how our use of HR technology (Workday, Culture Amp, Greenhouse, etc.) should evolve as the firm continues to grow and become more complex.
- Partner with the Business Intelligence team to assist with building a multi-year people analytics strategy, shifting from transactional reporting to predictive analytics and actionable insights.
- Own the HRIS side of the firm’s year-end compensation process.
- Manage HR technology vendors and systems. Source new technologies/services that will help support our growing business.
- Drive HR system end user adoption across the firm.
- Additional duties as assigned or needed.
Skills You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HRIS experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Workday security, reporting, calculated fields and integrations.
- Proven experience in HRIS implementation, project management and change management.
- Have a consultant mindset with a strong drive to solve internal customer/client problems, but willing to be hands on in the details.
- Experience working with a complex, growing company.
- Outstanding and efficient writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Possess an extreme attention to detail.
