📣  A bit about the role.  

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive, or Digital Marketing Executive, to join us as we enter a phase of rapid business growth. We are on a mission to feed more dogs and help them live healthier and happier lives, which you will play a big part in.  

As a largely direct to consumer ecommerce and subscription based business, we have a large emphasis on driving growth through our in-house digital marketing efforts, and we have big targets we want to hit. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Lead (your manager), you will lead on day-to-day execution and optimisation of both new and existing customer campaigns and help develop our digital marketing strategy. 

Being part of a wider marketing team including an SEO expert, video editors and creative projects managers, you will gain exposure to a wide scope of marketing efforts to give a more holistic view of digital marketing and how it can support business growth. 

This is a hybrid working role, offering flexibility with some work-from-home days each week. We expect you to spend 3 days at the Box Office in White City - London, with the possibility of occasional travel to other locations as your role evolves. In this role, you can expect to: 

  • Manage and optimise Paid Search and Paid Social accounts to best in class levels
  • Be responsible for the reporting and analysis of digital marketing efforts to share with both the marketing team, and members of the wider company
  • Be the main point of contact with the creative team, owning the creative briefing that ensures we have a steady stream of high quality content for paid social
  • Collaborate with our tech team to drive improvements in our conversion rate across paid channels
  • Be instrumental in proposing, devising and developing our wider digital marketing strategies
  • Launch campaigns to support a variety of key initiatives such as getting new customers and building our brand awareness

👋  A bit about you. 

  • You have 1 to 2 years Paid Search or Paid Social account management experience (both preferred)
  • You’re confident in managing and optimising campaigns towards direct response metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS) and return on investment (ROI)
  • You’re target driven and passionate about digital marketing. You’re always looking to go further, learn more and outperform yourself
  • You have a highly analytical mindset and you’re always looking to turn insights into action
  • You have strong reporting skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • You have a willingness to be versatile and eager to learn new skills
  • You’re excellent at communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, and able to communicate complex information in a digestible manner
