Role: Performance Marketing Executive
Location: London, English, United Kingdom
What you will be doing:
- Setting up and managing Paid Social advertising campaigns
- Monitoring and optimising these campaigns for best performance in terms of audiences, spends, creatives and KPIs/goals
- Collating the data, formatting into easily digestible reports and working with the Performance Marketing Manager(s) to form a narrative that’s insightful and actionable by the client
- Building campaign plans that identify platforms and audiences that align with client briefs, allocate budgets in line with these and deliver against client objectives
- Performing in a client-facing role; one that requires plans, trends and results to be delivered in a clear and insightful manner that all stakeholders can relate to and able to act conscientiously on their instructions
- Be responsible for end-to-end process of campaign delivery from set-up to full campaign management, optimisations, reporting in addition to the insights and actions that progress campaigns
- Conceptualise structured A/B tests and perform analysis to identify levers impacting channel performance such as audiences, formats/creatives and bid strategies
- Create frameworks for keywords, targeting, ad copy, visual assets and other variables to improve the performance of campaigns
- Working with client web teams in the setting up and implementation of campaign tracking solutions
- Support Managers in the creation of measurement frameworks, benchmarks and KPIs
- Assist in the utilisation of marketing technologies to help the brands to create dashboards for campaigns, analyse performance reports, identify learnings and report back to the in-house creative team
- Show an active willingness to learn about the latest industry innovations and ad technology and be the first to test relevant tools and ad formats
- Support ad hoc marketing projects such as marketing attribution, geo-split testing, marketing tech tool evaluation, automation and business intelligence
What you need to be great in this role:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Paid Social (Facebook & Instagram a must, but additional platforms also preferred), ideally within an agency environment
- Experience of Google Analytics preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environments
- Collaborative team player, open-minded
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills that enable to use data to develop, validate and measure marketing campaigns
- Strong Excel skills, advanced formulae and, preferably, pivot tables
- Self-starter and proactive in channel growing and meeting targets / KPIs
- A team player who feels comfortable working autonomously in a small team as well as fitting into a large-scale organisation
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape
- Self-motivated – demonstrates tenacity, resilience, strives to deliver results
