We are looking for a Performance Marketing Senior Associate (x/f/m) to join our Brand and Media marketing team of 3 people, and be responsible for our performance marketing campaigns.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conception, planning, control and optimization of paid campaigns to increase the number of patients and booked appointments in Italy.
• Performance analysis and reporting of your campaigns with identification of new growth opportunities, with a focus on paid search (AdWords) & paid social (Meta).
• Executing A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance.
• Building strong and data-driven asset production recommendations by closely collaborating with Brand and Media colleagues.
• Sharing cases and recommendations with the extended patient marketing managers (in DE, FR and ITA, SEO, Product, etc.).

You could be our next team mate if you: 

• Have an extensive experience in performance marketing and biddable channels with a particular emphasis on Meta platforms
• Have advanced knowledge of A/B testing and experiments frameworks
• Have an in-depth knowledge of conversion goals and campaign management
• Are proficient in handling numerical data and conducting analysis using tools such as Google Sheets, Tableau or Metabase. Additionally, skilled in effectively synthesizing learning into presentations, leveraging tools like Google Slides for clear and concise communication
• Have very good communication skills in Italian and in English
