THE ROLE

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide outstanding 1:1 project managemnet support to one of our Senior Executives. Working closely with the existing EA’s, you’ll be an integral part at the heart of BC. The Executive has a wide variety of business, charity and social interests, and needs someone who has superb organisational and project management skills who can keep up with the pace of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following:

  • Sole responsibility for managing a complex set of projects.
  • Administrative duties including but not limited to travel coordination, creating itineraries, property management, vehicle management.
  • Working closely with our charities on events and initiatives.
  • Liaising both internally and externally with key stakeholders, including a high volume of coordination with existing EA’s.
  • As with this type of role, ad hoc tasks as required!

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ years’ experience in any field
  • Strong MS Outlook/Word/Powerpoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Highly organised and systematic
  • Able to troubleshoot issues before they become problematic, and proactively anticipate priorities
  • Ability to exercise discreetness around sensitive and business issues
  • Supreme efficiency and attention to detail with the ability to adeptly multi-task
  • Patience, tenacity and flexibility, with a calm and collected nature
  • Self-initiative – solution driven and able to think quickly on your feet
  • Ideally a past record of organising events, but not essential
  • Having the tenacity to ensure tasks are seen through to completion
  • An excellent memory for names/faces/dates
  • “No task too small” attitude, happy to get stuck in and get things done
  • Ability to build positive working relationships and work well with colleagues and stakeholders at all seniorities
  • The candidate must hold a full drivers license
