Your mission

Are organization skills and multitasking your superpower? And are you thriving in a fast-paced startup environment? If so, we might have a role that is tailor-made for you: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (d/f/m) to support Tobias, our Co-founder and CEO. As a crucial member of our tight-knit team, you'll help Tobias stay on top of his game, both personally and professionally. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks with professionalism and efficiency.Your responsibilities:

  • Calendar and inbox management: You will juggle Tobias's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events and ensuring Tobias is always in the right place at the right time. At the same time, you will be the gatekeeper of Tobias's inbox, filtering and prioritizing messages. Occasionally, you will draft and send professional communications on behalf of Tobias.
  • Travel planning: You will be responsible for all travel logistics from booking flights to arranging accommodations and crafting efficient itineraries.
  • Personal assistance: You will Handle personal errands and tasks, making life easier for Tobias.

Is it you we’re looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Energetic, lively, positive, tech-smart, internationally minded, and caring.
