šŸ“£ A bit about the role.   This is a rare opportunity to join an exciting start-up manufacturing business, Butternut Box, as we embark on the next stage of our growing our UK operation as we open our state of the art fulfilment centre "Ace's Pantry". As a Fulfilment Team manager you will be helping the team settle into this newly developed building, embrace the new automations in the process and help inspire and drive our customer order fulfilment operation. Reporting into the Fulfilment Manager youā€™ll support the daily operations and ensure our customers receive their order on time and in full.   As part of the role, you will:
  • Be accountable for the timely fulfilment of high-quality customer orders.
  • Provide supervision, support and supervision to the fulfilment team in order to meet key operational metrics of quality, packing accuracy and packing rates.
  • Monitor & improve your teams performance in order to achieve growth and accuracy in a supportive environment
  • To drive continuous improvements and problem-solving initiatives which contribute to savings within the department/company
  • Accurately plan daily tasks to ensure sufficient team members are in place to meet demand
  • Maintain a tidy, safe and hygienic working environment.
  • Work well with multiple functional teams including Engineering, Technical, Production and Warehousing.
  • This is a onsite role so being able to commute to Rudie's Kitchen is essential

  • Ideally 3+ years experience in a Team Manager role
  • Minimum of 3 yearsā€™ experience in a high-speed volume manufacturing environment
  • Resilient and adaptable, faces into the tough stuff and keen to help growth
  • Someone who loves the pace and excitement of FMCG manufacturing
