POS Pro GTM Lead

Our POS solution can address the needs of merchants in different segments ranging from micro/nano merchants to enterprise customers. To continue the trajectory, we seek a competent, strategic, analytical leader to work closely with our commercial and operations team. 

This role offers the opportunity to impact our growth by streamlining different POS-related initiatives, overseeing the execution of these strategic programs and working with cross-functional departments for alignment.

What you’ll do 

• Oversee POS-related business initiatives, from development through successful execution, while with different teams and channel partners
• Own the POS P&L till the net margin line and work towards improving net margin from the POS merchant base
• Drive the ARPU of our POS users by introducing other products to POS merchants
• Work on Go-to-market strategy and explore the launch of new markets across Europe
• Improve current processes and optimise organisational procedures for efficiency and productivity
• Work with product and engineering teams to deliver the necessary improvements to make our POS one of the most loved products across Europe
• Work with finance and analytics to create reliable data to make business decisions; Create country-wise POS PnLs to monitor POS performance
• Assist and communicate with teams in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

You’ll be great for this role if

• 6+ years of experience in a high-growth business environment
• Experience in Data analysis, budget management, and program management 
• Proven track record of managing a Product P&L, Business Unit P&L, project P&L
• Experience in running high-impact or transformation projects
• Experience in leading projects that require large stakeholder management and cross-functional team involvement
• Exposure to point of sale and payment solutions
• Very good handle on Excel, modelling and presentation skills
