✅The Role

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Pricing Manager to join our team in London. 

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective pricing strategies within the technology sector.

As our Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for defining, managing, and optimizing the pricing for our portfolio of AI-driven products and services. 

You will work closely with product, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure our pricing strategy aligns with our business goals, competitive landscape, and customer value proposition.

✅Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy for our AI-driven products and services, including subscription models, one-time licenses, and professional services.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and pricing movements.
  • Analyze internal data, including cost-to-serve, customer segmentation, and product usage, to inform pricing decisions.
  • Create financial models and business cases to forecast the impact of pricing changes on revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Partner with Product Management to define the pricing for new product launches and feature updates.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop pricing collateral, sales enablement materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor pricing performance post-implementation and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Present pricing recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

✅Essential

  • Proven experience in a pricing or commercial role, preferably within the AI or technology industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies for B2B or B2C AI-driven products.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • A solid understanding of common AI-driven product pricing models (e.g., SaaS, per-seat, usage-based).
