About the role

Crunchyroll’s Procurement team is seeking a Procurement Specialist who will be an integral addition to our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be the main contact in the Procure-to-Pay process for Crunchyroll’s global departments. 

  • Review Purchase Orders to ensure coding is correct, valid justification is provided, and commercial terms are accurate
  • Engage and work with Finance, and Accounting to understand projected spend and ensure that all necessary Purchase Orders are created and maintained
  • Monitor completion of goods/services and ensure receipts are posted accurately (2 & 3-way matching)
  • Create PO schedules associated with Supplier Contracts
  • Interface with departments to make recommendations regarding vendor issues and sourcing requirements
  • Be the liaison between Crunchyroll and vendors in matters related to the Procure-to-Pay process
  • Work with Accounts Payable to ensure processing of Purchase Order and Non-Purchase Order Invoices
  • Educate and train internal customers about the procurement process, technology, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with Teams to constantly strive for increased efficiencies and process improvements
  • Assist in system testing for new NetSuite implementations
  • Onboard new vendors and maintain existing vendor master list

In the role of Procurement Specialist, you will report to the Procurement Manager.

We are considering applicants for our Culver City and San Fransisco office.

About You
  • 3-5 years of procurement experience in the tech, media or entertainment industry with experience working with marketing teams. 
  • Experience working in a procurement system
  • Basic understanding of Accounting and the Procure-to-Pay Process
  • Proficiency in excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) at an advanced skill level
  • Knowledge of overall Google & Microsoft business suites
  • Experience working with NetSuite Financials
  • Experience interpreting contracts and payment terms

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
